About Lora

Born and raised in Anchorage, I have proudly served our community as a full-time REALTOR® since 2011. With deep local roots and firsthand knowledge of Anchorage neighborhoods, I bring market expertise, strategic insight, and genuine care to every client relationship.

After graduating with a degree in Communications from Pacific Lutheran University in 1994, I spent many years in Seattle as an Account Manager for both boutique and nationally branded merchandise agencies. That experience refined my negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to strategically position products in competitive markets — strengths I now use to position homes for success and advocate for my clients with confidence.

In addition to real estate sales, I am the owner of Flourish Home Staging LLC, a professional home staging company dedicated to helping properties shine. My staging expertise allows me to offer sellers a powerful advantage — combining strategic pricing with thoughtful presentation to maximize value and market impact. I understand not only how to price a home effectively, but how to prepare it to stand out and connect emotionally with buyers.

I am known for being highly organized, responsive, and attentive to detail, while maintaining steady communication throughout the transaction. I work hard for my clients — but I also believe in balance. My husband of 27 years and our four amazing children are my greatest joy.

Beyond real estate, I am passionate about giving back through the arts. I have been a singing member of the Anchorage Concert Chorus since 2012 and have proudly served on its Board of Directors. Community, connection, and service are at the heart of everything I do — both in real estate and in life.
