About Jacob

Born and raised in Alaska, Jake Masog is a lifelong Anchorage resident with deep roots in the community. He attended Colorado Mesa University and later continued his education at the University of Alaska Anchorage, where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Jake began his real estate career managing over 150 rental units before earning his license and transitioning into commercial and residential real estate sales. With 17 years of industry experience—14 of those as a licensed professional—he has developed a strong reputation for his market knowledge, business acumen, and commitment to client success.

Specializing in residential, multi-family investment, and commercial real estate sales and leasing, Jake has achieved over $120 million in closed sales volume in the past seven years. To put that in perspective, the average agent in the MLS sells around $3 million annually. His expertise in commercial real estate has provided exceptional value to clients seeking accurate property evaluations and cash flow analysis for their investment portfolios.

Jake has been a multiple recipient of the Top Producing Team Member Award on some of Alaska’s highest-ranking real estate teams. His experience ranges from helping first-time buyers purchase their starter condos to facilitating sales of luxurious hillside homes and large-scale investment properties.

Outside of real estate, Jake is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys exploring Alaska’s wilderness and spending time with his family. His deep appreciation for the Alaskan lifestyle mirrors the dedication and integrity he brings to every client relationship.
